Effective June 30, 2026
Orders and payment
An order is created when the customer submits complete checkout information and accepts the current policies. Full payment through the confirmed GCash or bank-transfer account is required before production begins. A production slot is reserved after payment verification.
Scope and deliverables
The secure order portal and invoice identify the purchased package, add-ons, and included deliverables. Requests outside that scope may require a revised quotation and delivery schedule.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate names, dates, photographs, event information, permissions, and requested materials. Delayed or incomplete content may move the delivery schedule.
Revisions and approval
Revision allowances follow the purchased package. Approval of a design stage authorizes work to continue. Additional revisions or substantial direction changes may be quoted separately.
Domains and third-party services
Domain registrations and external services may have separate costs, availability, renewal periods, and provider terms. These are confirmed before purchase when applicable.
Customer content
Customers confirm they have permission to use submitted photographs, music, video, names, and written materials. Gunita Stories may decline unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
Refunds
Refunds and cancellations follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable Philippine law.
