Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective June 30, 2026

Before production begins

Contact Gunita Stories immediately if you need to cancel or correct an order. If production has not started, we will review the request based on reserved production capacity and costs already incurred.

After production begins

Once payment is verified and design or production work has begun, payments are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind cancellations, delays in submitting content, or a decision not to use an included feature. We may offer rescheduling or service credit at our discretion.

Service concerns

This policy does not remove remedies available under applicable Philippine law for materially defective, incomplete, misrepresented, or undelivered services. Contact us promptly so we can inspect the concern and provide an appropriate correction, replacement service, credit, or refund where required.

Gunita Stories cancellation

If Gunita Stories cannot deliver the agreed service and no reasonable alternative is accepted, we will provide an appropriate refund for the undelivered portion.

Requesting assistance

Email the address shown on your order page and include your order number, concern, and supporting information. Approved refunds are returned through an agreed available method.
