Information collected
We collect the customer and wedding information needed to fulfill an order, including names, contact details, event information, package selections, notes, payment references, and uploaded payment proof.
How information is used
Information is used to calculate and fulfill orders, verify payments, issue invoices, communicate progress, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet business or legal obligations.
Secure order portal links
Secure order portal links contain an access token. Customers should not post or forward these links. Anyone with the complete link may be able to view its order information.
Storage and access
Order records and payment proofs are stored in the configured database and are accessible to authorized Gunita Stories administrators. Reasonable technical safeguards are used, but no online system is risk-free.
Email providers
If order emails are enabled, essential order information is shared with the configured transactional email provider solely to deliver those messages.
Requests
Customers may contact Gunita Stories to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, subject to records that must be retained for legitimate business or legal purposes.
