Information collected
We collect the customer and wedding information needed to fulfill an order, including names, contact details, event information, package selections, notes, payment references, and uploaded payment proof.
How information is used
Information is used to calculate and fulfill orders, verify payments, issue invoices, communicate progress, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet business or legal obligations.
Wedding guests and RSVP automation
When a couple enables wedding email automation, we may process guest names, email addresses, RSVP responses, messages, consent records, and email delivery history on the couple's behalf. This information is used only to operate that wedding's invitation, save-the-date, RSVP, and reminder sequence. Guests can stop automated wedding emails using the unsubscribe link included in each message.
Secure order portal links
Secure order portal links contain an access token. Customers should not post or forward these links. Anyone with the complete link may be able to view its order information.
Storage and access
Order records and payment proofs are stored in the configured database and are accessible to authorized Gunita Stories administrators. Reasonable technical safeguards are used, but no online system is risk-free.
Email providers
If order or wedding automation emails are enabled, the information needed to address and deliver those messages is shared with the configured email provider.
Requests
Customers may contact Gunita Stories to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, subject to records that must be retained for legitimate business or legal purposes.
